3Sixty has gotten a whole new look and feel to streamline and modernise the look and feel of the 3Sixty Admin Module. This new design will improve the user experience and make using 3Sixty alongside other Objective Content Solution products feel seamless.

Users now have the availability to create and manage Microsoft Copilot Agents from within 3Sixty. Copilot agents can perform a variety of tasks, working alongside you to offer suggestions, automate repetitive tasks, and provide insights to help you make informed decisions. In 3Sixty you can index your content so it can be searched via copilot using our RAG and OI capabilities.

When conducting a federated search in the Discovery UI users can take the results and create a job from them instead of having to rerun separate jobs and reapplying filters. A checkbox has been added to job configuration that allows the user to select if they want the job to be available for curated content. And a widget has been added to discovery that will add an action for the resulting files.

Users now have the ability to preview the contents of a document without having to fully download and open the file.

3Sixty users can be set up to use the organization's Microsoft Entra ID for a Single Sign on experience.

User logging has been updated to include reporting on when a user logs in and out of 3Sixty. Only administration users can view authentication event logs of other users.

Users will now receive an error message if they attempt to delete a Remote Agent that is currently in use.

Added the ability to select all files from the source extension and convert the files to one specific target extension.

UI Improvements to tasks

Remove Mappings: Default Source Fields has been updated to a more useful example.

Rename File on Duplicate File Path: Resolved an error that was breaking the file format. Now renamed files will include valid extensions.

3Sixty will provide a notification when the license is within 30 days of expiring.

The redact task has been updated to include another term structure option ('JSON field') and the input field for the AI task result field. This will allow the redact task to support AI-based sensitive information to be considered for redaction and giving us the ability to use the generated JSON from the AI task when running the redaction.

Add log in the AI task for debug.

Non-Unique Permissions Inherit List/Library check box has been added for the SharePoint Connector within the job config tab. It checks to see if an item has non-unique permissions, if checkbox is checked it will inherit permissions from List/Library, if not checked it will inherit from parent.

3Sixty will read date/time fields even if the date is entered as a negative which was resulting in errors and stopping jobs from running properly.

Fixed an issue where passing an integer into a long field could not be passed as long.

Resolved the following SharePoint REST Issues

SharePoint APP: Updated documentation to reflect a more accurate URL to set up the app.

Manage In place: Updated the configuration so that the list of sites to craw will default to Documents if left blank.

Versioning: Sharepoint to ECM creates duplicate when a version series is added to an unversioned file. And users were not getting the correct metadata for versioned document. This issue was resolved so that 3Sixty will provide the correct metadata for each document.

Content Type: Resolved an issue causing the content type to be pulled incorrectly on rare occasions.

Resume job aspect will work more efficiently. An issue was fixed that was causing jobs to fail due to failed documents being queried in the source repository. Documentation has been updated to advise that users check their SharePoint Permissions if they are running into job failure issues as the authorised account may not have the needed permissions to conduct certain tasks.

When the user selects working copy as the output the exemption code will overlay the redacted words. Users can also edit the global properties file to customise the border and overlay box colours.

Job Types

Logging in the JDBC post processor has been updated and the documnetation has been updated to inform users that the query supports the use of the expression language. The query samples provided in the documentation are just samples. Each SQL Query/Statement will need to be tailored to their specific Database Syntax.
