User Provisioning
Once you are connected to Microsoft, users will be provisioned in 3Sixty.

System administrators can add remove and set access for users via Microsoft Entra.

When new users are added to MS Entra they will be automatically added to 3Sixty.

Any updates to a user profile in MS Entra will be reflected in 3Sixty

If an error occurs when synchronising a user profile with 3Sixty a notification will be sent to the system administrator.

When a user is removed from MS Entra they will be deprovisioned from 3Sixty.

If 3Sixty encounters an error when syncing to Microsoft Entra during user provisioning or deprovisioning a notification will be sent to the system administrator with details of the error. Troubleshooting

System administrators can view the audit log to see user history. This will include logging in and out and all provisioning and deprovisioning actions.
Troubleshooting
Cannot add or edit users: When using MS Entra for user management all additions and changes must be made from within MS Entra. Click on the “Go to Microsoft Entra ID Users page” button to be redirected to Microsoft to make changes.
