How to Get Support

Overview

There are currently three ways to contact our support team:

  • Support Portal

  • Email

  • Phone


Getting Support Through Support Portal

  1. Open a new support ticket by clicking the following: Create Support Ticket

  2. Add the subject and description to the ticket and add any attachments if necessary then press submit.

  3. Once the ticket is submitted, our Support Team will review the ticket and get back to you as soon as possible.

Getting Support By Email

Email: 3Sixty.support@objective.com

  • Include all relevant logs and screenshots to assist investigation

  • Will be a delay of up to 15 minutes to reach the Objective ticket system

  • Default priority set to P3

  • CCed contacts will not be recorded

  • If you want others included in email communication, note their details in the body of the email and they can be added by your Support Consultant

  • Only email replies from the Contact who logged the issue will update the incident

Note:  Once the email is sent, our Support Team will review the ticket and get back to you as soon as possible.
