3Sixty Discovery allows you to manage data throughout multiple repositories without having to move the content from one location to another. Using Federated Search you can view, organize, report on, update and maintain all of your documents, files and records in one easy to use, highly customizable space.
The Discovery Dashboard is the starting point for managing and navigating Discovery views and reports. It provides a centralized view of your content in Discovery, allowing you to quickly find, open, and manage search views, cluster views, and reports.
AI Knowledge Chat in Discovery transforms how users interact with their curated content. Instead of manually digging through reports and datasets, users can select a curated view and ask natural language questions to receive instant, context-aware answers generated strictly from that selected content.
Content Actions provide tools within Discovery and federation workflows to interact directly with indexed content. They let users perform operations such as downloading files, previewing documents, or exporting results from search queries and reports. By enabling these actions on retrieved content, users can take meaningful steps on relevant data without leaving the 3Sixty interface
Filters in Discovery let you refine the scope of data included in reports, dashboards, and visualisations by applying criteria such as file type, date ranges, metadata values, or content attributes. By narrowing results, filters help users focus on the most relevant subsets of indexed content for analysis and decision-making.
Discovery Reports provide customisable analytics and visualisations of your indexed data across connected repositories. Using configurable widgets and content views, administrators can build dashboards and charts that highlight trends such as connector usage, file age distributions, file size, and the presence of personally identifiable information (PII), all from within 3Sixty’s Discovery platform
