Deactivated Members

If you are an administrator of an organisation, you can manage membership of the organisation by deactivating and activating the user profile of a member. For example, you might deactivate a user's profile for a period when the person takes extended leave. You activate their profile when the person returns to work for the organisation.

Users cannot log in to Objective Build using a deactivated user profile.

The user remains a participant on any applications. Before deactivating the user's profile, the user or another participant with manage access could update participants on those applications to ensure continued management of the applications.

Activation restores a deactivated user profile so the user can log into Objective Build and has access again to the organisation's applications, consents, contacts and templates.

An alternative is to release the user from the organisation and invite them to join again if required.
