Copilot Agent Management
Users now have the availability to create and manage Microsoft Copilot Agents from within 3Sixty. Copilot agents can perform a variety of tasks, working alongside you to offer suggestions, automate repetitive tasks, and provide insights to help you make informed decisions. In 3Sixty you can index your content so it can be searched via copilot using our RAG and OI capabilities.
Action Curated Content
When conducting a federated search in the Discovery UI users can take the results and create a job from them instead of having to rerun separate jobs and reapplying filters. A checkbox has been added to job configuration that allows the user to select if they want the job to be available for curated content. And a widget has been added to discovery that will add an action for the resulting files.
Document Preview
Users now have the ability to preview the contents of a document without having to fully download and open the file.

Universal Document Converter
The new File Format Converter task will convert files of one format to another format during migration. Document processing often requires transforming documents from one format to another. For example, for long term preservation/archival, PDF/A is a desired format. All documents may not be in that format – and doing such conversion at scale is often hard, and the quality may at times be compromised. With Objective’s Universal Document Converter, any document can be converted into desired format without loss of quality. It will also support complex processing when a document cannot be directly converted into another format by converting it into a transient format before converting it into the desired format.
Automated Redaction
Redaction is crucial for safeguarding sensitive information across the regulatory industries. The new redaction task will search the content of documents while migrating ad redact any words phrases or patterns based on the targets set in the task's configurations.
3Sixty API V2
3Sixty has upgraded the available API keys. These can be used to create connections and jobs with or without tasks as well as run jobs without using the UI. This can speed up the process and allow for large scale scheduling. API details can be found on the individual connector and tasks pages as well as in the advanced user section under API V2.

Users can now use Microsoft Entra ID to login to 3Sixty and manage groups and user roles through a new authentication management section under administration.

Open AI Compatible Chat Completion Task
Provides a method for data flowing through 3Sixty to be enriched, modified or otherwise enhanced through the use of any text-oriented model available from OpenAI
Open AI Compatible Embeddings Task
Objective 3Sixty supports creating Embeddings by using OpenAI Embeddings Task. Embeddings can be used to enable Clustering, Semantic Search and many other NLP tasks.
AFDA Express v2 Auto-classification using OpenAI Compatible Task
This is an OpenAI auto-classification task (and not Generic Open AI task) It is packaged as an auto-classification task and user only need to provide needed information like: Server URL, Input field (which content should be analysed for classification), Output field where result will be populated (i.e. class information)
JDBC post-processor
A post processor task for updating the source database table's fields.

A task has been added to 3Sixty that will allow users to flag and detect documents they would like to mark as trivial and remove them from the list during the migration process.

A task has been added to 3Sixty that will allow users to filter out obsolete content before running job.

Manage In Place
3Sixty has added the option to create a manage in place job. Which allows users to manage files across multiple repositories in one location. Objective ECM/Nexus or Alfresco.
Objective ECM/Nexus Connector
Users can now create an Authentication connection for Objective ECM/Nexus using a client ID and secret vs a user name and password providing more security for the files and folders being accessed.
