Discovery Dashboard

The Discovery Dashboard is your starting point for navigating and managing your content in 3Sixty. It provides a centralized view of your Discovery views and reports, making it easy to find, open, and pick up where you left off.

The Dashboard is organized into two tabs:

Discovery Views - your saved search views across connected repositories
Reports - your saved reports and data visualizations

You can pin up to four views or reports to the top of your Dashboard for quick access. Once a view is pinned, a Pin icon appears on the card. Click it at any time to unpin the view and remove it from the top of your Dashboard. For more information see Pinning Views and Reports.

Discovery Views

Use the Search bar to find a view by name, and the layout toggle to switch between Large grid and Compact list view. Use the All types dropdown to filter by view type:

Each view has the following options:

Info: Opens the detail summary panel showing information about the view.
Menu (⋮): opens additional actions
- Pin view: pins the view to the top of your Dashboard
- Go to view: opens the view to explore your content
- Edit: opens the view in 3Sixty Admin (Discovery Admin only)
- Delete: permanently deletes the view (Discovery Admin only)

Reports

Use the Search bar to find a report by name, and the layout toggle to switch between Large grid and Compact list view. Use the All types dropdown to filter by report type:

Each report has the following options:

Info: opens the detail panel to view report details
Menu (⋮): opens additional actions:
- Pin view — pins the report to the top of your Dashboard. See Pinning Views and Reports
- Go to view — opens the report to see results

AI Intelligence

AI Intelligence lets you query your content in plain language. Select a curated view, then type a question to get instant answers drawn directly from that content — no searching required.
